Welcome to the first blog post on my Headache Relief site. I’m new to this but I can tell you one thing to start with…
I am an ex-headache sufferer and a researcher. This blog will compile all the best information on tension headaches and other forms that I know are easily cured. You can read my story about my headache filled life in our “About Us” page on the blog.
So let’s start this blog on a topic you no doubt want to know about … how to ease a headache fast. But first …
What Are The Common Causes Of Tension Headaches?
Most headaches, apart from migraines and cluster headaches, can be classed as tension headaches. Whether it is tension brought about by muscular or joint tension in the spine, stress or pressure, fatigue headaches or any other number of causes such as dehydration, sinus, eye strain etc.
Your actual headache is a referred pain situation. Your actual head is an unlikely cause and no “You don’t have a brain tumor”.
The brain is well hydrated area, the skull has muscles attached to it and the muscles in your upper back and neck refer pain to the skull. Anything that dehydrates your brain will also cause a tension type headache, including fatigue.
Should You Aim For Short or Long Term Cures?
Hopefully you will say long term, but most of what you get on the internet or with seeing practitioners of various persuasions is only ever short term fixes.
It’s not that long term cures are difficult, but most people are never shown how to remove all the causes. You are told it is all muscle tension and that you should have a massage or use some device to work the muscles yourself.
Or it is all stress, learn to meditate or take stress management classes. Or just drink more water.
Sure all these help but the headaches return, they did for me and I assume if you are reading this you are in the same boat.
Stuff That Works For Headache Relief
Through all the years of suffering, there were many techniques that helped. But nothing lasted.
Now I know that there is no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to your health. But there is one method I’ve found that appears to work for most.
It uses a combination of techniques that work on ALL the causes of your headaches, not just a few. When I first found it, I was skeptical as I’ve seen many methods on the net and off the net.
Tried a lot and found little or no success, but hey, what was one more and hopefully this time it will help … and it did.
This blog is going to give you a run down on my experiences with it. I’m bit of a diary keeper so I’m going to put my diary entries on my blog so you can see my experiences with this system.
If you are like me and sick of having headaches almost every day, then it’s worth a look. Read about it before you decide, I’m here to only pass on my opinion and to help educate you on headaches and headache relief.
But you need to decide yourself if you want to remove your headaches for good. So go ahead and read more about this system. It’s called the Headache Code and worth a read (this is not an affiliate link – I don’t get a cent).
